Article 1 - Privacy

BROKX Electronics respects your privacy. Our privacy statement can always be viewed by clicking on the link "Privacy policy" click, it is always visible on every page of the webshop. If you have any questions about this, you can contact us via the "contact" link on the webshop.

Article 2 - Reflection period

2.1.

You have 14 days to change your mind after the purchase of a certain product. If you are dissatisfied with the purchase within this period, you can return the product to us without having to pay the product yourself. You only pay the shipping costs for returning the relevant product. If you have already made a payment, you will receive a credit invoice and the difference will be refunded.

2.2.

Products that are returned to us must be in the original packaging.

2.3.

There are a number of products that can not be returned to us. Products that can not be returned to us within 14 days are products that are no longer in the same condition as originally supplied. Some examples are:

  • products that are damaged after receiving your order

  • products that are no longer in their original state, such as after soldering, bending of connections, etc.

  • changed settings applied to programmable and customizable products

  • products which have undergone changes, either intentionally or unintentionally, through prolonged exposure to sunlight (for example color differences and photosensitive circuit boards)

  • applied markers

2.4.

Return shipments must always be accompanied by sufficient reference to the purchase, such as a purchase receipt or order number

Article 3 - The agreement

3.1.

The agreement between the webshop and customer is final when the customer has indicated that he has agreed to the terms and conditions and he has authorized the webshop to debit the money from his account, when the customer has paid a payment via iDEAL/Paypal or such, there is chosen for bank / giro transfer or when an invoice is sent to the customer afterwards. After the reflection period of 14 days has elapsed and the payment has been received by the webshop, the customer has become the owner of the relevant product.

3.2.

The agreement has been concluded electronically, by filling in the required fields and agreeing to the terms and conditions.

3.3.

As a customer, you are obliged to fulfill your payment obligation to the webshop. If you do not pay within the deadline, you will receive a reminder from us. If you still have not paid after 14 days, you will be charged. If you still have not paid the due amount after several reminders, we will hand over the collection to a collection agency.

3.4.

After you have made a purchase, you will receive a written confirmation by email of your purchase. This is the order overview with the products you have purchased and the costs. For questions and comments, please respond to this email.

3.5.

We are obliged to deliver the product or article to you within 30 days. Of course this normally happens within 1 - 3 working days. If due to unforeseen circumstances the article can not be delivered within this period, we will inform you accordingly. You can choose to have the products sent after they are back in stock (if these are available from our suppliers) or to have the purchase price of the non-deliverable products refunded. If you have indicated that a replacement item is also an option, we will supply you with a replacement product or article that meets your needs as much as possible.

3.6.

The delivery of products abroad can take longer than a delivery in the Netherlands. The costs charged for a shipment to an address abroad are visible to you when the correct shipping method is selected in the shopping cart or during the ordering process.

Article 4 - The price

4.1.

The prices stated on our webshop always include VAT.

The costs to be paid for sending the product become visible when you have added the product to your shopping cart and selected the desired shipping method in the shopping cart or during the ordering process.

4.2.

If you authorize us to automatically debit an amount from your account number, you are obliged to provide us with a correct account number. Abuse or fraud is punished by and reported to the authorities that need to be aware of it. In addition, a report is filed with the police.

4.3.

If the price of a product changes after the confirmation of your order, this may not affect your purchase. You pay the amount that is visible with the product at the time of the order and what is also confirmed to you, if you electronically agree with the purchase.

4.4.

When you buy a product during a period in which no discount applies, you will not be eligible for a discount afterwards.

Article 5 - Complaints and warranty

5.1.

Complaints about delivery must first be reported to BROKX Electronics.

If necessary, we will contact the delivery service.

5.2.

Complaints about the product itself must be reported to us in writing, by mail or by email (see "contact" link on the webshop). Describe your complaint as specifically as possible.

5.3.

Complaints can not always be answered personally by us. We will contact the manufacturer or wholesaler if necessary and will mediate for you as an intermediary here.

5.4.

Complaints are usually handled by us within 14 days. The handling of a complaint always takes place in writing.

5.5.

A guarantee applies to every product that we supply to you. How long this warranty lasts depends entirely on the product. For most products this is a two-year warranty.

5.6.

If the product breaks down within the warranty period, we will replace the product or if undeliverable refund the full purchase price of the product to you. This does not apply, however, when there is intentional damage. It also applies that without a purchase invoice or order confirmation the product can not be refunded. After the expiry of the guarantee period, the new value will also lapse in case of a possible payment. This is then paid out on the basis of day value.

5.7.

We can only offer a limited warranty on consumables such as give-away presents. If you have one of our articles defect or defect discovered, we ask you to report this to us within 48 hours of delivery.

Article 6 - Disclamers

6.1.

Webshop continuity

(A) Neither BROKX Electronics, its affiliates, neither an employee, agent, third-party content provider, licenses guarantees that the webshop service will be uninterrupted or error-free: neither do they guarantee the results that can be obtained by using the service or on accuracy, reliability, or the content of information, service, (or merchandise) obtained by the service.

(B) The webshop service is at user's own risk and without guarantees

(C) The disclaimers in this section apply to any damage or injury caused by any kind of lack of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line error, theft or destruction or unauthorized access, changes, tort, negligence, or any other cause of action.

(D) Under no circumstances will BROKX Electronics or any person or entity involved in the manufacture, production or distribution of the webshop service be responsible for direct, indirect, unintentional, special errors or damages as a result of use or inability to use the webshop service.

6.2.

Customer feedback

BROKX Electronics does not confirm and is not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any type of opinion, advice or asumption made by anyone other than BROKX Electronics itself.

6.3.

Third parties related to products

(A) BROKX Electronics does not warrant any product or service offered by a third party and will not be a part of any transactions between the user and third party in or in any way, of products and services. When purchasing a product or service through any type of medium or in circumstance, each user will have to use his or her best insight and be observant where applicable.

(B) Each user specifically agrees that BROKX Electronics, its affiliates, employees or agents are under no circumstances liable for any direct, indirect, unintentional, special errors or damage resulting from the downloading and use of any kind of software owned or operated by a third party. Each user is responsible for maintaining and maintaining all telephone, computer hardware, and other equipment required for access to and use of the products, and users are therefore responsible for all related costs.

7 - Application of products at your own risk

You are responsible for the correct application of the purchased products and the observance of the correct safety measures to be taken. BROKX Electronics is not responsible for any direct, indirect, unintentional, special errors or damages resulting from improper application.

8 - Policy

8.1.

Policy for young children

BROKX Electronics pays attention to the privacy of young children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under the age of 18 year. BROKX Electronics does not sell products to children. Note: If you are under 18 years of age, you must have permission from your parent or guardian to use our webshop.

8.2.

Policy changes

BROKX Electronics reserves the right to make changes, modifications and additions to this policy from time to time. If significant changes are made to this policy, we will mention it here. Of course, with every new purchase you will again be given the opportunity to view it. BROKX Electronics recommends that you occasionally review this policy.

9 - Export control, trade embargo's

Certain products sold by BROKX Electronics may be subject to export restrictions. As a customer you commit to meet all applicable export conditions, restrictions and regulations. You also confirm, in case of resale, not to deliver these products directly or indirectly to countries that are subject to a trade embargo. You are legally obliged to inform all subsequent buyers of these products of the need to comply with these laws and regulations.
