BTS7960 Motor driver

Full H-Bridge consisting of two BTS7960.
The BTS7960 is limited to 43 A and has over-current and thermal protection.

Suitable for controlling a single DC motor in two directions with PWM (up to 25 kHz).

Supply voltage: 5 V
Logic level: 3.3 - 5 V
Motor voltage: 5.5 - 27 V
