Return and Exchange Policy.
We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee all products we provide and sell at our online shop to be free from defects of workmanship. However, if an item is deemed defective, or if for any reason you are not happy with your online order, we will gladly replace your order. Please return items within 30 days of receipt. Merchandise must be in new condition with tags attached and must be accompanied by the original receipt or invoice. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment. If you no longer have the packing invoice, you may print a copy from the My account area at the BROKX Electronics website
When returning or exchanging by mail, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. However, if the return is a result of our error, we will issue a credit for the return shipping charges.

You may return your online purchase by mail within 14 days of receipt.
1. Contact us by email the inform us with the reason of this return.
2. Securely package the new, unused, undamaged item(s) in unopened orginal packaging.
3. We recommend sending returns via insured, traceable mail to ensure safe delivery. BROKX Electronics is not responsible for lost return shipments.

5. The return will be refunded to the original form of payment used for purchase. Allow 2-3 weeks maximum from the shipping date for the account to be credited. Normally this will be done within a few working days.
Exchange Policy.
Because product quantities can be limited, we strongly recommend that you do not exchange items as it is likely that the item(s) you want will no longer be available. In order to get the item(s) you want as quickly as possible, simply place a new order and return the unwanted item for a refund. When we receive your return, we'll issue a refund.
